Your Role:
We are looking for a driven and organised Junior Sales Assistant to support our commercial team in managing incoming leads, pipeline, and client engagement. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — you will work closely with senior team members who will provide full onboarding and coaching. You bring energy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
What you will do:
- Pick up incoming leads and drive the sales process to closing
- Support scheduling, follow-ups, and correspondence with prospects and partners inclusive product demos
- Manage and update CRM records in HubSpot, ensuring clean and accurate pipeline data
- Prepare sales materials, summaries, and reporting as needed
- Collaborate closely with the senior team, you will be trained on everything beyond the basics
What we are looking for:
A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is a natural fit for this role, though we value demonstrated commercial ability and drive above formal credentials. Candidates with backgrounds in Tech who have moved into commercial roles are equally welcome, as is anyone who has built relevant experience through previous sales positions, internships, or self-directed work in a B2B and / or Saas environment.
Required
- German fluency (native or near-native) is essential for the DACH market
- English proficiency at a professional working level
- Experience with cold outreach and the ability to manage focused lead generation campaigns
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset with genuine curiosity about clients’ challenges
- Working knowledge of HubSpot (contacts, deals, tasks)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Lemlist or similar outbound sequencing tools
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) for sales copy, outreach sequencing, or lead research
- Interest in fintech, ESG, or regulatory compliance
